01 Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is an injury of the plantar fascia and is responsible for 80% of all heel pain cases. The condition tends to occur mostly in women, military recruits, the obese, athletes and various other sportsmen. Plantar fasciitis is estimated to affect 1 in 10 people at some point during their lifetime and mostly between the ages of 40-60 years. The pain is usually extreme after sleep and is felt once weight is placed on the foot.
Roll the B4 Play Ball under the foot 2-3 times per day (for about 3-4 minutes per session). This will help circulate and relieve the pain.
02 Deep Vein Thrombosis
DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) is a blood clot in a vein deep inside the body and usually in the leg veins. If the clot breaks away and travels through the bloodstream, it could block a blood vessel in the lungs and be fatal.
It is essential to exercise during long haul flights - so pack the ball in your bag and roll under each foot for a few minutes and it will help prevent DVT.

Sciatic Nerve Pain or Sciatica is a fairly common pain in the lower back and leg. Most practitioners will give a deep massage in the glute area (large bum muscle) which is very painful.
Be your own practitioner - Detach the cord by pulling the section of it through the ball to expose the joint. Seperate the two ends by pulling one off the small dowel stick and then through the ball, leaving it seperate from the cord. Use as is.
The B4 Play Ball can also be used for any tight muscles like the IT band, calf and back muscles.
Roll the ball into the glute muscle for a few minutes on a firm surface.
